A recent survey by the Wall Street Journal has pointed to a shift in the perception of the value of an Ivy League education versus other public and private universities. \u00a0 Penn State was ranked first in preparing students for the workforce based on the responses from hiring specialists at almost 500 companies and institutions nationwide. \u00a0Of the 25 schools on the list of HR’s favorites to hire, only one was an Ivy League (Cornell University).<\/p>\n
